每年的12月25日圣誕節是一些西方國家一年中最重要的節日，它的重要性相當于中國的春節，不僅會舉辦盛大的慶祝儀式還會放一個長假。而在圣誕節到來時給客戶發一封祝福郵件已經成為了一個外貿行業習慣，那2021年的圣誕節祝福郵件應該怎么寫呢？

1.寫好標題。一個好的標題可以起到事半功倍的效果。標題要求：簡短，有主題，有時間。

2.正文精簡。既圣誕祝福郵件，精簡達意即可。不要為了展現自己的文采，使用大量復雜句和生僻詞。尤其是部分母語非英語國家的客戶更要注意這一點。

3.加上賀卡圖。提前準備好賀卡圖片，寫郵件時附到文檔中，不要以附件形式發送，這樣容易導致郵件被拒。

4.找準發送時間。圣誕祝福郵件的發送時間不宜太早，可以選擇在12月初詢問客戶的放假時間，然后提前5天左右發圣誕祝福即可。注意，祝福郵件也要在工作內發送。

5.有一點要格外注意，那就是圣誕節的郵件一定要發送給過節的客戶，千萬不要大批量群發。大部分阿拉伯國家的客戶是不過圣誕節的，一定不要發錯。
