年前有意向的客戶也需要主動溝通，推進訂單談判，所以在寫復(fù)工郵件時，我們要問問客戶是否還有合作意向。我們要做的：查看一下之前的溝通記錄，客戶的進展到了哪一步，然后在繼續(xù)進行。
